  5. After placing an order, payment is required (an unpaid order may be canceled).
  6. The purchased physical goods should reach you in intact condition. If the package is damaged, you should write a damage report and contact us immediately.
  7. You may return a purchased physical product without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of its delivery. We will refund the amount for the product no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned item. The refund applies to the value of the product only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
