This regulation (hereinafter referred to as "Regulation„) it defines the rules for the use of gift cards (hereinafter referred to as "The Gift Card„) in the online store WOKA-STORE.PL (hereinafter referred to as "The Store„):

1. A Gift Card is an electronic or physical form of payment that can be used to purchase goods available in the Store's offer.
2. The Card is issued for a specific amount, which is indicated on the Card.

Conditions for purchasing and using the Gift Card

1. The Gift Card can be purchased in the WOKA-STORE.PL online store in the section GIFT GARD
2. The Gift card contains a unique coupon code that must be entered in the cart during checkout to deduct the card's value from the purchase amount.
3. The Gift Card is available in different denominations, which are determined by the Store at the time of purchase. The value of the Card is one-time and is non-refundable in cash.
4. The Gift Card can be used to pay for products offered by the Store, but it cannot be exchanged for cash, is not interest-bearing, and does not generate additional financial benefits.
5. The Gift Card can only be used once in a single transaction. If the value of the purchase exceeds the amount on the Card, the Customer is required to pay the remaining amount using another payment method.
6. The Gift Card is not personalized, meaning it can be transferred to other people.

7. In the case of order cancellation or return of jewelry paid for with a gift card, the refund will be made by restoring the appropriate amount to the original gift card, provided that its validity period has not yet expired.

   There is no possibility of withdrawing funds in cash or via bank transfer.

The validity period of the Gift Card

1. The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless the Store specifies otherwise in the case of promotions or special offers.
2. After the expiration date, the Card becomes invalid, and its value is forfeited.

Store's Responsibility

The Store is not responsible for the loss of the Gift Card or its improper use by a third party, unless it results from the fault of the Store.

Final provisions

1. The Store has the right to change this Regulation at any time. These changes will be published on the Store's website, and the Customer will have the opportunity to review them before using the Gift Card.
2. In case of any doubts regarding the Regulation, Polish law applies, including the Consumer Protection Act.
3. This Regulation comes into effect on February 20, 2025.
